Text Message Terms

Program: Leash League booking notifications, operated by SAT Digital Labs LLC for the dog walking teams that use Leash League.

What you'll receive

Transactional messages about your bookings: request received, confirmations, walker changes, cancellations, and walk-complete report cards. No marketing messages.

How you opt in

By checking the unchecked-by-default box "Text me about my bookings" when you sign up, or later in the app under Account, and entering your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of using the service or booking a walk.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your bookings, typically a few messages per walk. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@example.com. You can also turn texts off in the app under Account.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
